Jennifer Barnes Mangan - President & Print Director/International Placement Agent

Jennifer began her career as a model in New York City. After modeling she worked as an assistant casting director for Action Casting in Wilmington, N.C. During her years with Action Casting, Jennifer assisted on numerous films and TV movies. Projects included: Rambling Rose, starring Robert Duvall, Laura Dern and Diane Ladd (for which both women were nominated for Academy Awards); 29th Street, starring Danny Aiello and Anthony LaPagilia; Weeds, starring Nick Nolte; Ninja Turtles I & II, starring the Turtles; Night of the Hunter, CBS "Movie of the Week," starring Richard Chamberlain. She has worked with Disney, Paramount, 20th Century Fox and many other production houses. Jennifer has been a talent agent in Kansas City for the past 14 years. Jennifer was also a 2007 Women Who Mean Business Program honoree.

Shawn Mullane - Vice President & Broadcast Director

Shawn started her career as a print/film stylist and casting associate over 20 years ago. After working as a stylist Shawn joined Fasone Garrett Advertising Agency. She began her career as a talent agent working with Talent Plus in Kansas City. After leaving Talent Plus, Shawn was hired by the MTC Agency. Through her commitment to hard work and long hours, Shawn built their broadcast division from a few faces to over 200 actors. She is well known for her continued development and placement of new talent. Shawn has booked actors in many feature films and TV "Movies of the Week" filmed in the Kansas City area. Beginning with Mr. And Mrs. Bridge through the exciting filming of Ang Lee’s recent movie, Ride with Devil. Many of Shawn’s local talent have gone on to successful acting careers in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles.Since becoming partners with Jennifer at Exposure over ten years ago, Shawn has again built an incredible pool of Kansas City’s best actors. Her guidance and expertise has helped to make Exposure Kansas City’s leading agency.

Terre’ has been booking print talent with Exposure for the past 10 years. She came to us after a long and successful career in the New York City market. Terre’ began as a creative assistant with D’arcy, Masius, Benton and Bowles advertising agency in New York. She then worked as a commercial casting associate with Reed, Sweeney & Reed. Before moving to the Kansas City market, Terre’ booked talent with the Shirley Grant Agency for over 15 years. She specialized in booking children for such TV shows such as Silver Spoons, Alf, Kate and Ally, The Cosby Show, as well as Broadway shows and feature films. Terre’ is loved by both our print models and actors for her wonderful personality and dedication to details.

Stacey Siegert -Broadcast Booking Agent

Stacey Siegert comes to Exposure as a senior booking agent with our top level broadcast booking team.  Stacey has an extensive background in the entertainment business and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to her position at Exposure.  Before becoming a Senior broadcast agent with Exposure, Stacy worked in New York City for 5 years. While in New York, Stacey most recently worked for  Wilhelmina Model and Talent Agency, as a manager's assistant in their Creative division.  Before Wilhelmina, Stacey worked in casting for Law & Order: SVU, The Disney Channel, Elimidate and Blue Man Group.  She was also employed by Rush/Super Casting as an assistant in casting for regional and off Broadway. She worked at TVI Actor's Studio as a business consultant. She retains a degree from The  University of Kansas in Theatre and Film.  During part of her schooling at KU, Stacey also interned with our local casting firm, Wright Laird Casting, and was the extra's coordinator for the locally filmed Ang Lee movie, "Ride with the Devil". Stacey is very excited to be working back in the entertainment business, doing what she loves to do, and looks forward to working with all Exposure's talent and clients!

W. DAVE KEITH - Casting/Audition Assistant-Video Guy

W. Dave Keith is one of Exposure's senior broadcast booking agents and he brings many diverse talents to his position with Exposure.  Besides being a top broadcast agent, W. Dave is a filmmaker, cartoonist and writer.  Before joining Exposure, W. Dave worked in production as a producer/director and copywriter for 5 years. He remains active in the film community and he is on the founding board of the “Wild West Film Fest”, held in Lawrence, Kansas. In 2004, Dave won the Le meilleur Film de Longueur de Caractéristique Award for his action adventure film “YETI! A Tale of the Brothers Krong!” in the Manhattan Film Festival.  On top of all his impressive work listed above, Dave is also a former KC Karaoke champion, stand up and improve comic, musician and singer with The Markers. He’s takes a great deal of pride in being the token male agent working on Exposure’s winning team!
